Experiments never fail

A few days ago, CLC bio's Michael Heltzen visited our company for business partnership. CLC bio is located in Denmark and has several international offices abroad. (It's my first English blog posting. For the global world and international blog sphere, I'm trying gradually...)

After some business schedules(at March 3), I guided sightseeing in Seoul with cyppi. (He also posted about it) It was my first time to guide for foreigner, so that I felt strained a little bit. But It was a good time. Michael was very kind, interesting, and cool. His talks was very impressive due to his international mind.

We went to Kyungbok palace, Namsan mountain and Insa-dong street. In Kyungbok palace, I felt some pride about Korean cultural properties and I expected his impression. It must be a beautiful site.



Weather was very foggy, so in top of Namsan, we didn't see anything. It was a pity. Then, we walked a Myung-dong street and went to Korean restaurant in Insa-dong.

We talked about a lot of subjects, and it's very impressive that his thought about Bioinformatics2.0. When I prepare integration between Web2.0 and Bioinformatics, he thought about Bioinformatics2.0. I've focused web, he've focused new Bioinformatics. I expect various approaches in my area.

It was a great experience. I gained some confidence about English and talking with foreigner. :)
